Phone was as described and arrived promptly, but it was a former Tracfone, which caused a number of problems on my end. I don't consider this the seller's fault because the phone was indeed carrier unlocked, but the software channel was locked to Tracfone, which can't be undone easily.

love the phone so far, and it is in great condition.

After I bought overnight, and before noon. I received a response and great communication! Phone was purchased brand new! So satisfied with how quickly I received my new phone! Everything works as described! Will be a repeat customer once I need a (new phone!) 5+* Thank You!!!
