Phone was received as described (a bit better actually). I ran into a problem when doing an OTA update that soft bricked the phone. The seller went way beyond the call of duty. He took the phone back, fixed it, put the correct 4.3 update on the phone and shipped it back! Fantastic seller with excellent communication.
