Worst Swappa.com experience ever! Misrepresented sale, sent used $60 screen protector that was completely unusable, $40 Phone Case was not included as advertised! Phone had to be returned at my expense. Seller verified Phone received in original quality and promised refund. Seller refused refund! Dispute had to be filed to get my money back. Recommend you never ever deal with this seller!

Apple Watch arrived iCloud locked.
Seller removed it but only after asking for help from swappa.
Charger pictured was provided but the cord to power it (also pictured) was not.
When cord was finally shipped it was not the cord that was pictured (silver not black and very short)
Plugged in the power unit and it will not charge any of the devices.

However, the phone had more imperfections than described (noticeable scratches to the fame of the body, as well as some scratches on the bottom rear of the phone. The earpiece was caked with dirt/dust as well. Overall, I wish that the seller a bit more honest on the condition of the device.
