The tablet & keyboard are (I thought) much better than 'good': The screen has no scratches, is large and beautiful; the keyboard is responsive, the speed is nice and when docked it's a wonderful laptop/tablet. I got this to mostly use as a tablet to read books & comics, as well as the usual web surfing, email & social media, and writing. I haven't tried games (like Iron Man 3 or WWI flying) yet but have a feeling it might lag (I'm still on rooted stock. Quadrant showed it as just below a HTC One X. I understand that CrombiKK or Zombi-POP may run better/faster).
Gerald was very patient with my cc problems at the time and responded quickly to my questions & issues and the posting was very quick; I received it in 2 days after purchase.
This is my 1st purchase through Swappa (although I do follow XDA) and am very happy. 10 out of 10!
