UPDATE 5 MONTHS LATER: THE PHONE IS A PAPERWEIGHT BECAUSE ITS NOT UNLOCKED AS HE PROMISED AND THE PHONE JUST SAYS SEARCHING. TOOK IT TO APPLE AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE PHONE WON'T ACTIVATE I HAVE CONTACTED SELLER AND HE OFFERED A IPHONE 5s 16gb in fair condition and the WIFI DOESN'T WORK... the same one he is selling on here in mint condition...IM VERY FRUSTRATED THIS PHONE WAS FOR MY SON AND NOW I CAN'T DO NOTHING WITH IT SWAPPA STAFF PLEASE HELP ME GET A REFUND

Phone was listed as Mint and described as "perfect," but it had many flaws and scratches, including a scratch on the screen. It was clearly not close to mint. Seller did offer a small partial refund. Shipping was fast; no other issues.
