Product was satisfactory although it had a small (minor) scratch that was not disclosed. Also, seller did not mark as shipped so I had to contact seller in order to confirm. Seller was responsive to comments, however.

Alex shipped the phone quickly, and I was able to set it up without a problem. The phone itself works wonderfully;however, there was a dent/scuff on the bottom left corner of the phone when the phone was described to be in mint condition. Which is the only reason why I took off a star. Otherwise it was a very successful sale!

Phone was defective. The flash/flashlight did not work. The seller offered to find a replacement. After a week seller sent a new phone. The new phone had a broken microphone causing Siri, front facing video, and voice dictation to not work.

Asked for full refund.

Seller was kind and quick to respond, just didn't fully inspect the phones before sending.

I ended up having to return the phone but Alex took care of everything promptly and was easy to deal with also great communication THANK YOU
