So the product, an iphone 5, wasn't as described, which was: "functions flawlessly". The left side of the touchscreen wasn't working which is usually a death knell in terms of my relationship with a seller. However, Jason was quick to fix the issue and returned the product in complete working order. His responses were quick and he was also apologetic, which I suppose was the difference between a 3 star rating and a 4 star rating. I, a cynical New Yorker, believe it was an honest mistake and I would do business with him again.
