As another reviewer noted, this seller has issues describing product for sale. In my case, the seller knew that the SIM tray would not hold a SIM card without wedging against the battery or a piece of tape. I like to swap out batteries rather than charging all the time, so a SIM card flying out under spring pressure in public during a battery swap is a major problem!

On the positive side, the seller seemed nice enough and basically honest. I think the problem is simply taking their time to describe EVERYTHING about an item. Frankly, had I known that the SIM card holder was not working, I would not have bought the device - I'm sure another buyer would have.

Everything else in the description was relatively accurate (close enough). Shipping was good and decently packed (could have been better).

Hopefully the seller will concentrate more on a full description, warts and all, in the future. If that is the case, adjust the review accordingly.
