So, we received the watch in a timely manner but the charging stand was broken during shipment. My son glued it, so it works. Also, it was listed as a Carlyle and is actually a Julianna model. It works and he likes it so we're keeping it.

didn't came with the SIM ejection tool. glad i found a tiny paper clip that was able to pull out the sim. otherwise a great seller and very quick shipping!
