This seller is great and I highly recommend them. They are very good with communication and fantastic with shipping promptly. I believe that the listing claimed the phone as "mint" which was an exaggerated perception of the actual condition of the phone. The body of the phone was clean, but the screen glass had more surface abrasions than I was expecting for the listing. It is evident that the phone was used without a screen protector. I'm absolutely fine with this, but as a future recommendation to the seller I would revisit the definition of mint condition before listing. If I am wrong in my recollection of the listing condition I can redact the above statement. However, the seller is pleasant and easy to work with and I still would like to give them 5 stars overall.
