Mike is hands down the BEST seller I've ever worked with! First, he called me after the purchase to further confirm the legitimacy of his item. Secondly, he included a couple items in the purchase that I did not pay for. Third, he shipped the item very quickly. Fourth, he partially reimbursed me when Apple Care would not transfer the warranty. Lastly, the phone's condition was as promised - mint. His communication is excellent, thorough, and prompt.
