Device sent had a malfunctioning button but not mentioned in listing or described; the advertise with 30 day warranty, contacted seller to help fix the broken home button, was only offered 20 bucks off or refund. No “warranty” at all. Messed up daughter’s birthday.

Carrier took a little longer than expected to get the phone to me, but phone arrived in exactly the condition indicated, with USB-C to Lightning cable.

Just a bit late here! This has been a stellar phone. Still using it to this day. I have had the opportunity to upgrade to the 11 or 12 but this model,with its stellar reception, is a keeper.
