The buying experience was smooth and efficient. When attempting to unlock the phone later, AT&T reported there was a balance on the phone, so it could not be unlocked.

Overall the team at Best Deals have been a pleasure to buy from. Their descriptions of the devices are very accurate, and I was able to use it and set it up as soon as my S20 Ultra arrived. Their 9/10 rating of the phone practically means brand new, and whenever I had any questions they answered them very quickly. The case that came with the used phone was an otterbox and an already applied screen protector, which it feels like they added both in as a freebie when looking at the price. I will definitely be buying from Best Deals in the future if I ever need a new phone again.
