Seller was great. He shipped the box very quickly. When the US Postal Service lost the package the seller was very cooperative. He suggested that I start the claim process with PayPal. He let PayPal escalate it immediately. He provided information to let PayPal quickly resolve the dispute in my favor. While I am sad that I was not able to receive the phone, I have absolutely no problem with Nathaniel's handling of the transaction. This is a GOOD seller.
