The iPad Pro and accessories were new as described. Everything was packed well and the seller worked to get it to me as soon as possible, despite delays caused by Hurricane Harvey.

There was an error in a point of detail on the listing, for which the seller took responsibility (on Verizon iPads the embedded Apple SIM is deactivated, so although the device is still technically unlocked, and usable on all networks, a buyer wanting to use it outside the Verizon network will need one or more SIM cards).
