The seller rented an S23 Ultra from Rent-a-Center in Aug 2023 and sold it to us in Sept 2023. After using the device for 4 months the device got locked to a screen saying this device is Rent-a-Center's property. Rent-a-Center also confirmed that this has been their property since August 2023. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. We have purchased hundreds of devices off Swappa but never experienced something like this.

Couple micro scratches on the back, which is no biggy but not everything in the box was original/like new as stated: charger wire not original, and headphones are missing which is a huge bummer. Next time you should disclose these things. Other than that device is working as intended with no major damage.
