Seller was honest. Maybe I just interpreted the condition of the phone as being a bit better than it is. The "small chip" up top is one of many noticeable blemishes in the phone, including discolorations on the back due to cases, and scuffs on the outer metal edge. And the screen protector is cracked.

Quick shipping. I received the device in good condition in two days from sale. Absolutely no communication until after I received the device. No tracking # until after I received the device. The good does outweigh the bad tho!
