It took two weeks for the phone to be shipped. Messages to the seller went unanswered. The seller didn't even respond to requests from Swappa staff for an update on the sale. Finally, Swappa recommended that I go through the refund process. The seller didn't respond to the refund request, instead she waited a couple more days and then finally mailed the phone. Then when I asked for a refund, I was told she didn't accept refunds unless there was something wrong with the phone. The whole sale was very frustrating and the seller was very difficult to deal with.
