The Note 3 was sent in the original box (which was, along with the contents, in excellent shape). The phone's box was bubble-wrapped nicely inside another box with a few added packing peanuts for an extra cushion. I also received a tracking number with the shipment, and he was a good communicator throughout the process. I checked the phone out, and it is indeed mint, as described in the listing, and there aren't any issues (e.g., the proximity sensor works just fine). I would definitely buy from Rizwan again if I have the funds required to do so. :)
