Phone is exactly as described (excellent condition) and was shipped quickly and very safely packaged.

I wanted to make sure I had the product long enough to rate it. I have had it for a month now and the appearance of the fitbit is fine the product got to me in a time frame but the battery keeps going dead within a day. When I had my last fitbit I could use it for 3-4 days before it died. I charge this fitbit and it’s dead within 5 hours.
