I received the "mint" Pixel 2 XL I purchased from this seller very promptly, and with no fuss. Communication with the seller was excellent, and the device is exactly as described -- mint. It was packaged for shipment in its Google box, then placed in a padded bag; the only improvement to service I can suggest might be to ship in a box for better protection. But it arrived undamaged, and all is well. Highly recommended.
