I'm a first time user and bought from this seller. Seller sent package with a 2 day shipping USPS and received on that 2nd day. Product was in great condition (pretty much new), as described, and included a case. Only defect would be a really super fine small line on the screen, not noticeable and you would have to actually try to find it with a light and at a certain angle. Price was good for what was given. Would definitely buy again from this seller.
