Seller violated swappa policy regarding seeking the approval of the buyer when canceling a transaction. Seller stated clearly and succinctly that they cancelled the transaction because there were too many fees. This is a known quantity entering into what is a binding transaction, but for some reason swappa staff allowed the transaction to be canceled.
