Phone was shipped fast and arrived in perfect working order with a good battery, but I would not call some of the scratches "minor". They are small, but they are deep. Since this is subjective and odds are they won't turn into cracks (though it is Gorilla 3), I'll give an overall thumbs up.

The scratches on the screen are NOT just minor, they're deep and obvious as hell. And there's a bunch of them.

It's a wonder it arrived without a completely cracked screen, however, given how horribly it was packaged for shipping.

I have purchased several phones via Swappa and always had good experiences. I will definitely avoid this seller in the future.

Has a few scratches I couldn’t see in pictures but the phone works as described.

Phone was delivered quickly. When I opened it, it was disappointing to see multiple scratches on screen. Not previously pictured. I tried numerous methods and reduced some but many still present. Most do not interfere much with display when phone is on. But one is prominent and deep. Even after I put on a glass protector (which would have been nice if prev owner would have) it still is evident. After a few days I set it up and all seems to work fine. It prob should have been rated fair. Pictures should have shown the scratches.
