Very good communication throughout process. Buyer goofed up and had phone shipped to an old address, but seller was great throughout the process and shipped a 2nd time to correct address - with no additional charge. Phone arrived in great condition (better than expected).

Item condition was not described accurately and not fully functional. Seller was slow responding to messages but did work with me and gave partial refund to make up for issues with phone.

Great! Very fantastic shape and virtually no wear and tear. Device itself works like a charm! Though there is apparently a password for the voicemail which I was not provided with and therefore cannot change.

Wish I could leave fewer stars but Swappa guidelines will only allow three because in the end it eventually worked out . Item didn't work. Seller was non communicative and slow to respond when confronted with Swappa staff, feigned ignorance of refund process and dragged out the process far longer than it should have taken. God help you if you ever need to return an item to sellatlas.

The seller claimed that the phone was confirmed ready for 3rd party service activation. However, it turned out to be false when the phone arrived. Had to return the phone back to the seller and open a PayPal dispute. A full refund was made after PayPal escalation.

Great service. Well above and beyond the call of duty. I would certainly buy from this seller again and would recommend him to all my friends. I received the phone (iPhone 6 128 gig). It had a few issue, but the seller offered to fix them all (re-fitting the camera, replacing the charging port and replacing the battery).
