The phone I received had a defective SIM card reader. It took the seller some time to process the refund and I ended up having to call Paypal to get it fully pushed through. The seller should have been more responsive and handled the refund process better, but at least I got the refund within 5 days of sending back the phone.

Received the device as advertised. Sim card immediately worked. I tested both cameras, FaceTime, iMessage, SMS, MMS, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and of course phone calls. Used the Move to iOS app and everything is functioning great. Thank you! A pleasure doing business, my daughter is extremely happy.
