I made an initial payment. Then needed seller to provide a refund so that i could fix my shipment information. He provided the refund, but then cancelled after i sent another payment with the correct information. DO NOT do business with this person. He is untrustworthy.

Phone wasn't unlocked, went to traveled to Europe bought a sim card after tried to activate but it's locked by carrier now I have to pay to unlocked to use it.
