This phone is in great shape and working exactly as stated. We had a hiccup in its delivery but, they do happen, and the seller responded to it promptly , thoroughly, and initiated a gesture of good faith. Thank you. I'm quite enjoying the S5 ! ;)

Seller sent me an unrepaired phone, and then didn't pay attention to what I wanted (return, not exchange), so I ended up having to ship two phones back to them. May have been an honest mistake, but I wasn't impressed.

Absolute the worse seller I have ever experience. First the iphone was listed as they were the original owner of the device, which makes me assume it was a private seller. It turns out is a cell phone repair store. When I received the phone it had been opened as it was missing screws and the screen was loose. It took them 4 days before the phone was shipped, The shipping label was created 11-13-2015 and shipped 11-17-2015. Asked to return, no problem for them. Emailed me a label. A person would assume you ship the iphone in a box for protection. I packed all the items in a box with the label. USPS refused it, because it was a prepaid envelope label. Long story short, a lot of hassle to get the label off and transfer it to an envelope. They received the package on 11-21-2015, when the store was open. it took till 11-25-2015 and a lot off hassle to get my refund. Never again from this company.
