The item shipped promptly and for the most part works well. The only problem is that the speaker is damaged slightly. It distorts and buzzes at volumes that aren't that loud and the item wasn't described that way. The seller said s/he hadn't had that experience. Not really sure what to say about that. None of the phones I've owned previously had distortion like this, so something's not right.
