Seller advertised a phone as fully functioning however it shipped with a broken g-sensor and would therefore not autorotate. Ken was very accommodating with offering a refund for part of the purchase price or a full refund for returning the device. I opted to return the device. Everything else was smooth with the transaction, the shipping was quick and Ken communicated well. Leaving 3 stars due to the defective device, and the inconvenience of having to pay to ship the device back.
