The seller was not prompt with the mailing the phone but responded by promising a $20 refund. They apologized and promptly mailed the phone which when delivered 2 days later ended up being the wrong phone. It took 4 more days to get the correct phone. Besides the delay with shipping and attention to detail, the phone works good.
