I bought a MacBook Pro from this seller and I love my computer. However, they are not good at following up their customer needs.
First of all I’ve got the MacBook blocked with an Admin password, which I found very odd. I had to call them to get this issue sorted, cause I texted the same number and got no answer. Secondly, my computer shut down out of the blue and again I texted them to get another “cold shoulder”. No answer. And again I had to call them.
And to finish, I kindly asked them to answer to my last text after hung up the call, but for the third time they ignored me.
Since they seem to have very little concern with their customer, I waited a little bit before posting this review, in case I had any problems with my computer.
Even though, the MacBook is still working well, I will NEVER buy from them again, cause I completely disliked the way I was ignored for three times!
Following up a customer purchase is something that a new or experienced seller should do.

Better late than never

Deceptive, got screwed. False advertising, phone was refurbished and international. Paid them to take it back because the phone got damaged and voided my insurance because it was fixed with 3rd party parts clearly listed that it had no modifications (probably the reason it broke so easy in the first place). Sellers turns around and charges even more than they said to take it back.
