stuck with a non working device

Communication was poor at times took 3 days to ship but got the phone in 2 days then, phone was as described! Better communication and shipping phone faster would of received seller 5 stars.

One word, AWFUL! Item received had significantly more damage than mentioned, seller refused to accept a return until Swappa and PayPal got involved. Refused to help with return shipping, yet demanded the item be returned ASAP so he could resell…ironic considering it took almost a week just to initiate the shipment to me. Would not recommend, considering other people have had issues with the described condition of the item. Swappa was super helpful throughout the process, thanks!

Sold as mint, came with scratches on screen. Gave small refund though, and supplied great communication. Trustworthy seller, was an honest mistake. Phone worked well and was shipped quickly.

The seller was fast to response to my questions before the sale and after the payment, not so much. I finally got my phone a week later but the phone is in good shape as described. So, I'm happy.

I wouldn't say it was mint condition, but everything seems to work alright. I would suggest next time that you put some packing material in with the phone so it doesn't just bang around the box with nothing to stop it.

Phone is ok, should have listed as GOOD condition iso MINT. Took almost 10 days to ship out.
