The phone was exactly as described. No issues with the product itself. However, it came packaged in a very small, lightly padded envelope with no fragile sticker or no bend sticker, etc. Frankly, with the lack of care by the major shipping carriers about packages, I'm quite shocked this item did not arrive damaged. I'd recommend they upgrade their packaging for their sake and for the sake of the receiving customer.
