Did not receive item. Purchased 10/1, Seller printed label same day. On 10/6 reached out to seller as tracking showed item had not been received by UPS. Seller stated would look into it. By 10/8 no information provided by seller and UPS tracking showed item still not received so reached out again to seller and requested cancellation of sale and refund. Seller said would refund. As of 10/15 seller had not sent refund. 10/15 contacted seller, stated refund had not been given, and added Swappa staff to conversation. Seller then refunded that evening.

I asked the seller if he would ship the phone overnight if I purchased it at the asking price. The seller agreed, so I purchased it right away. However, the seller waited TWO days before shipping it by USPS. It took over a week to get the phone that was supposed to arrive the next day. I'm not impressed. I specifically purchased from this seller because I expected he would honor his word.
