It was shipped very fast. I was away on a trip and it arrived before I got home. He shipped it the day after I ordered it. It arrived in perfect shape. Just the phone, not other items (box, cable, charger) but he didn't say it would come with those items and I didn't need them. My third phone from Swappa. About once a year and I will continue to buy my phones from Swappa.
