Phone shipped fairly quickly, and was well packaged. It works and the screen is in great condition. It was described as "very good" condition, but it arrived with cracks along the sides where someone had previously attempted to remove the back cover. This wasn't described in the listing, so I had to deduct one star. Other than that, though, the phone was fine.

I appreciated the prompt shipping and delivery. Appearance of device exceeded expectation.
