Excitement led way to frustration and disappointment. Phone is not compatible with apps I wanted to download. Too many apps already loaded onto it, and it described itself as a 'test' phone that will continuously relay my information somewhere regardless of attempts to cancel or some such nonsense, and it wasn't the 9-1-1 emergency that all phones are required. Doesn't accept pictures in messenger, and the battery, the main reason I bought a new phone, doesn't last the day. I have some regret making this purchase. On the plus side, it arrived unopened in the box, but with attachments that were already opened. Caveat emptor indeed.

I received the phone on time and in the physical condition advertised. I was disappointed that the phone was NOT an AT&T phone as advertised but rather a T-Mobile phone. I had an important location that had no reception with my old carrier and AT&T coverage was excellent. In the end it didn't matter as the phone could use an AT&T sim card. The phone is GREAT I only wish I hadn't spent the extra $50 for AT&T!
