I want to say thank you for providing me with my new phone! It found me very well, and everything advertised about the phone is true. The phone is in mint condition, complete with a brand new case and screen protector to seal the deal. The case works well, and having the screen protector on there saves me an extra purchase and the hassle of putting it on, so that is much appreciated. My only complaint was how long it took to ship, but during this crisis, I can't blame that on the seller at all. In fact, within the same day of me placing my order, my phone had shipped! If it wasn't for the COVID crisis, I'm sure it would've shipped sooner than the promised date. The title of the fastest shipping in the West holds true, and I highly recommend any potential buyer to look for this absolute legend of a person when searching for a new device, as you will get exactly what you pay for, and delivered as quickly as possible. The phone is exactly as described, or even better. Barely any noticible signs of usage. The case we received with the phone is top quality along with the glass screen protector that the seller took the time to apply before shipping. The memory card was a definite bonus! It took us a while to get a nano sim card from verizon due to covid-19, but the switch between phones was speedy otherwise.The seller is incredibly kind and efficient. I ordered the phone after 12 pm and later that day, it was already in the mail and on its way. 1000/10 would buy from this seller again.

This phone is crap - the home, back and all apps buttons dont work, and the phone rarely gets a signal. I suspect I was given one from a bad-batch. No wonder he sold it so cheap.
