This was the first time using this service to buy a phone. I knew I was buying used and wasn't gonna be surprised if the phone showed up wrapped in newspaper or something but Jonathan took the time to package the phone in foam so it wouldn't slide around and really surprised me. I have teenage girls that are terrible on phones so I'm sure I will be using the service again and hopefully Jonathan will have another one I can buy! Thanks again!
