Device was in a slightly worse condition than stated (a couple nicks to the plastic of the outer casing, as opposed to one reported nick), but nothing substantial. The phone, screen and all, were in excellent condition and working order, and the seller was very quick to ship the item.

The device had some minor issues but the seller worked them out.

Good response and service, however the OS on the phone is watermarked for internal development use by HTC and the phone had photos of a family on it when I received it.
