Phone was in condition mentioned, but knocking a star off because the phone was not 100% as mentioned. Advertised as a Google unlocked phone, but saw Verizon bloatware.

I only gave two stars because it is Swappa's standard for transactions with difficult sellers. Too bad there is not a zero rating because that is how I really feel about my experience with this seller.

This iPod arrived with significant dings on three of the four corners and the speaker was not clear. When I contacted the seller for a refund he refused claiming that my daughter (who received this as a Christmas gift) must have damaged it. I took the issue to PayPal. They agreed with me and issued a refund from the sellers account once it was delivered back to him.

The most frustrating thing about this transaction was the seller's attitude. He was combative and accusing rather that trying to find a way to resolve the situation.
