Though he shipped the order the next day after I ordered, USPS delayed it to ground shipping and tried to deliver while I was away. I picked up the package at my local pick up point after about a week and a half after order. Steve responded quickly to my inquiry about the tracking label and provided the pickup location promptly! He also offered a very fair refund for the inconvenience! Very positive experience overall despite the shipping mix up!
