Received the item as it was described. He shipped it fast, even over the weekend. Probably won’t answer your messages though. Still, great sale.

Seller was late shipping and unresponsive when asking for a status (until I started to ask Swapa how to cancel). Then he said he shipped and provided tracking but the tracking showed that he didn't drop off the box for a few more days (and again didn't respond when we asked about the drop off). Also, the condidtion was not as described. He claimed "Mint" and "only used twice" but the head band was dirty and a lot of gunck was built up in the seams of the controlers (obviously used a lot).

I received the phone in good condition however the iMessage activation is refusing to activate. I don’t know if this problem is your fault or if Verizon made a mistake when activiting it. Over all the phone is in good shape I just wanted to let you know.

Do not order anything from this scam artist. I received my phone with an MDM lock enabled on it and after trying to communicate with the seller multiple times to no avail I paid a third party to bypass the lock. Don't buy from this misanthrope.

Josh is a great seller. There was an issue with the company that handled the initial shipment. Josh did what he could to correct the issue and get the item out to us as quickly as possible. In the end he added some extra items to make up for the delay, even though it was not his fault. Highly recommended!
