The device I bought came with a crack on the screen (Though it was hard to see and wasn't somewhere that affected usage), The seller apologized and offered a full refund. The phone was as described other than the small crack. I asked if a partial refund would be okay we agreed upon a fair amount. Considering the circumstances, it was a very painless process.
