Not a fun experience, due to logistics. But learn that Swappa is not very helpful or take ownership of lost mail, or protect buyer. Been loyal customer and #1 option on used phone but likely go somewhere else next time that offer little more protection.

Everything is great! The MacBook arrived in excellent condition, as stated in the listing. All original packaging and the charger were present and in great shape. Shipping was quick and painless. I appreciated the requirement of a signature upon delivery. Thanks!

Very impressive packaging! All items accounted for. There is indeed screen burn though. You probably didn't notice it because it was in the status bar, where the battery/wifi/etc icons sit. Not much you can do about that though. Pleased overall.

The phone passed my inspections & I'm happy with how everything turned out overall. Though there were no Google accounts linked to phone, it did not seem factory reset. So I performed one just to be safe & make sure no Google lockout would happen & all is well. Great communication & fast shipping from this seller. I would buy from them again :)
