The sale was canceled due to the postal service losing track of the parcel. Seller shipped the package right away and had the proper tracking number set up. Communication with the seller was prompt and he attempted everything to get the issue resolved. Close to two weeks after the sale the postal service found the package and returned it to the seller. By this time I had already purchased another device so the seller went ahead and gave me a refund for my purchase. I would definitely buy from him again because I realized that he kept updating me in trying to figure out what happened with the package. Really weird experience with the postal service for sure.

Receives in timely manner. Unfortunately, I asked to make sure there were no scratches before purchasing (since it did not have a screen protector) and was assured there were none. I received it and immediately found multiple (noticeable) scratches and a scuff on the screen. I will keep it, because I need the device, but I wish more attention had been given to my request.

Great seller, phone better then described. Would not hesitate to deal with again.
