Phone was initially not compatible with my carrier Ting (uses Sprint service), as the seller indicated it was when asked. Thankfully, after some wrangling and many phone calls, we were able to make it work.

Phone was New as seller described, however communication was not great. I was never notified that phone had been shipped upon receipt phone was not able to be activated due to seller not removing phone from their Sprint Account. Nevertheless in the end seller did make everything right and I was able to activate the phone n 12/3/15 after seller contacted Sprint.
