THe phone was not paid off and now the IMEI has been blocked.
Long story short, this seller is providing only excuses and no recompense for the THEIR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF A SWAPPA SALE.

I had previously given a good review, however I now revoke it in light of the sleazy practice that this seller has engaged in.
