This is base on my recent experience with the seller. I purchase a phone from the seller on March 21, 18 and the phone got black list on August 20, 18. I reach out to the seller and he was responsive and resolved the issue in one day. Though I wish that no one has to go through what I went through; but in the end the seller is honest and offer me a refund if the device is blacklisted.
